01Using this service
These terms describe use of Myjiji Services, part of Myjiji, operated by MijiniTech Limited. Read them alongside the Privacy Policy and the conditions shown for the particular listing, document, booking or paid feature you choose.
Module-specific conditions are described below. A listing, request or recorded status has the meaning given by the relevant workflow; it should not be treated as a completed transaction without the appropriate confirmation. Nothing on this page removes rights or protections that apply under law.
02Your account and authority
Provide accurate account and contact information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.
Use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent information, interfere with the service or attempt to access another person’s private records. Report suspected account misuse through support.
03Using Myjiji Services
Review the service scope, provider, service area and any qualifications needed for the work. Providers must accurately describe their offers and maintain the permissions or qualifications required for their services.
04Confirmations, prices and cancellations
Confirm the scope, schedule, total price and any cancellation conditions before committing. A request alone does not confirm availability, acceptance or completion; check the provider’s response and booking status.
Cancellation, return and refund requests depend on the conditions displayed for the activity and applicable consumer rights. If a condition is unclear, ask the relevant business or support before proceeding.
05Content and personal information
Only submit, upload or publish content that you have the right to use and share. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not include unnecessary personal information in public listings, posts or uploaded material.
Businesses and workspace users must handle customer, applicant, guest and other personal information only for authorized purposes and in accordance with applicable requirements. Review the visibility of content and document links before sharing them.
06Listings, providers and external services
Listings and services may be offered by independent businesses or individuals. Check the identity, details and conditions of the person or business you deal with. External payment, authentication and other service providers may have their own terms.
Availability, prices and published information can change. Check current details and confirmations for your activity and contact the relevant provider or support if something appears incorrect.
07Questions, records and updates
Keep the relevant application, order, booking, document or purchase reference when asking for help. Use the module Contact page for support, or in@mijinitech.com for questions about these terms.
